Many defense related items are considered "dual-use" by having both a civilian and a military application are thus controlled by the Department of Commerce via the Commerce Control List (CCL). These items are not considered ITAR exports, do not require an ITAR exporter, and are not Defense Article exports.
TXMGO is registered with the Bureau of Industry Security (BIS) as an exporter and can facilitate the export of CCL-controlled items.

Items which the Department of State has deemed to be intrinsically defense related are export controlled by the Department of State. These items are considered ITAR exports, require an ITAR exporter, and are Defense Article exports.
TXMGO is registered as an exporter of Defense Articles with the United States Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), and is able to export Defense Articles listed on the United States Munitions List (USML).
TXMGO is able to secure licensing through State Department for the export of technology deemed a Defense Article, however it will often only be approved for government end-users.

International shipping of Class 1 materials is very complex and can be extremely expensive.
If the customer is governmental, we recommend transporting the items with that country's tactical or strategic airlift assets, as opposed to trying to transport it commercially. If the country has the airlift assets, this can usually be coordinated through that country's embassy's air attache.
