As a Type 08, Importer of Firearms, Federal Firearms License holder, TXMGO is able to import all categories of non-NFA firearms for private citizens. ATF restricts the types of firearms that can be imported to the United States for private citizens.
Though NFA items can't be imported for private citizens, FFL/SOTs with a proper law-enforcement demonstration letter (demo letter) are able have NFA items such as machine-guns, suppressors, Short-Barrel Rifles, Short-Barrel Shotguns, and Destructive Devices imported for them.
ATF does place restrictions on what can be imported, especially with machine-guns.
