The Department of State strictly controls the temporary export of Defense Articles. However, temporary exports are generally easier to secure approval for, than permanent exports.
TXMGO is registered as an exporter of Defense Articles with the United States Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), and is able to export Defense Articles listed on the United States Munitions List (USML).
TXMGO is able to secure licensing through State Department for the temporary export of Defense Articles.
