Most explosive materials except for ones directly related to military applications are exportable to both private and governmental customers.
TXMGO is registered with the Bureau of Industry Security (BIS) as an explosives exporter and can facilitate exporting explosives and explosives accessories such as blasting caps, shock-tube, blasting machines, and similar items on the Commerce Control List (CCL).
Generally the only explosives controlled under ITAR are ones with a direct military application such as demolition charges, some plastic explosives, and "exotic" explosives.
TXMGO is registered as an explosives exporter for exporting explosives controlled as Defense Articles on the United States Munitions List (USML).by the United States Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC).
TXMGO is able to secure licensing through State Department for the export of those types of explosives.
As an explosives exporter, TXMGO is able to secure the licensing for exports of explosives. However, international shipping of Class 1 materials related to exporting explosives is very complex and can be extremely expensive.
If the customer is governmental, we recommend transporting the items with that country's tactical or strategic airlift assets, as opposed to trying to transport it commercially. If the country has the airlift assets, this can usually be coordinated through that country's embassy's air attache.
